Manitoba and Saskatchewan finalists for the ACTA ATLAS Awards have been honoured by the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA). The ATLAS finalists were named during the ACTA Forums held in Winnipeg, Regina and Saskatoon in conjunction with the Addison Trade Show.



The Manitoba and Saskatchewan finalists are:


  • Travel Professional of the Year : Karen Fehr (Carlson Wagonlit Travel in Saskatchewan)

  • Allied Member of the Year: WestJet

  • Personality of the Year : Ron Pradinuk (Journeys Travel & Leisure SuperCenter)

  • Travel Agency of the Year : CAA Saskatchewan

  • The Ches Chard Award: Chad Lorton (CAA Manitoba)


These regional finalists now move on to the ATLAS National Awards, where an expert panel will select one winner in each category. The winners will be announced at a gala held in Toronto in May to coincide with ACTA’s annual general meeting.
