The impact of COVID-19 over the past years has been unprecedented, but through commitment and dedication, ERA has continued to represent its members’ interests, encouraging and developing long-term and sustainable growth for the sector and industry. With more than 220 companies now in membership, the highest ever, including 58 European airlines, the united strength of ERA’s members is unparalleled.

I hope this award will inspire younger females to develop a career in an industry that would bring them lots of joy and fulfilment.”
