From 10–12 October, aviation professionals from across the industry will be able to make the most of unique and exclusive business opportunities, whilst supporting Austria’s western Tyrol region.
For the first time in more than three decades, ERA’s General Assembly heads back to Innsbruck – a truly regional destination set against the backdrop of the picturesque Alps.
With over 173 industry companies, including 45 airlines, expected to participate, this premier event provides a broad and varied agenda, from stimulating conference sessions and an exciting exhibition environment to a glamourous awards dinner and so much more.
Marco Pernetta, Managing Director, Innsbruck Airport, who will be opening the conference with a welcome address, said: “The Tyrol region occupies a central role in Austria’s tourism industry, generating an impressive gross value of approximately 4.8b euros during the 2021–2022 tourism season, thereby ranking it first in the country for tourism revenue. In addition to mostly incoming tourist traffic, with around half a million passengers in the first quarter of a calendar year only, the airport represents an important destination for commercial and industrial enterprises, as well as congress tourism and the university sector; and we look forward to this week welcoming high-profile delegates from across the European aviation industry to our region.”
