ETOA partners with the Digital Tourism Think Tank

The first of these masterclasses is the Mobile Strategies Masterclass on 25th February at the Siemens Crystal building at London’s Docklands.

ETOA has announced a new partnership with the Digital Tourism Think Tank. The Think Tank provides thought leadership to the tourism industry in digital marketing best practice. The partnership gives ETOA members access to the Think Tank’s expertise in digital marketing and research, via a series of interactive masterclasses and events.

The first of these masterclasses is the Mobile Strategies Masterclass on 25th February at the Siemens Crystal building at London’s Docklands.

Rachel Read, Head of Digital Trading at ETOA, said: “We are delighted to partner with the Digital Tourism Think Tank. As the online environment moves into new areas, our members face fresh challenges in digital trading. Keeping up with the multi-device, constantly connected traveller is high on the priority list for many of them. The Think Tank’s  research and expertise  is invaluable to our members, and I look forward to the masterclass we have planned for 2014.”

Nick Hall, Managing Director of the Digital Tourism Think Tank: “We kicked-off 2014 with our #OnTheRoad tour, taking the Digital Tourism Think Tank throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia. We are particularly pleased to announce this new partnership with ETOA, which widens our reach beyond destinations to the whole tourism industry, as we promote thought leadership in digital. Working closely together, our partnership will bring a new series of masterclasses, training, campus events and research alongside much needed benchmarking of industry performance and competitiveness in digital.”
