The Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) announced two members earned Certified Incentive Travel Executive (CITE) designations. Anna Case, director of ACE Tourism Marketing & Events, Westlake Village, CA, US, and Lynda Obront, director of sales North America for the Tour East Group Inc., Rochester, NY, US, join an elite crowd of 45 professional incentive travel executives worldwide that hold this prestigious accreditation.
The incentive travel industry`s highest accomplishment, the CITE appellation signifies individuals who are well-versed in the development and use of incentive travel as a modern motivational and marketing tool. Before earning the CITE designation, individuals must accumulate 100 qualifying points, pass a rigid three-hour examination and prepare an original research paper that enhances the body of knowledge about the incentive travel industry.
Both Anna and Lynda have extensive knowledge and experience in the incentive and travel community, said SITE Executive Director/CEO Brenda Anderson. The CITE designation shows they have achieved elite status within our industry.
