Amaro Jr. has extensive experience in the design, development and operations of fine dining, casual dining, quick-serve food and concessions concepts. He has spent the last 25 years focused on the airline passenger experience – bringing innovative ideas to airport terminals that include partnerships with everything from upscale brands to farm-to-terminal restaurants. Under Amaro Jr.’s leadership, Master ConcessionAir has grown to more than 750 employees in 20-plus airports.
