This means a significant advance, as this number has grown from 2008 to last year, which means that workers have the right to earn a minimum of 400 euros more for their jobs per month.

Madrid and Barcelona are the main cities in Spain and their citizens are suffering the cost of being the most touristics places in the country.
The increase of tourism and gentrification is causing the proliferation of tourist apartments, a matter that is making the price of renting skyrocketing and also reducing the amount of houses for rent.
In fact, finding a flat in the center in Madrid is almost impossible and expensive, as only a one-bedroom apartment can cost about 700 euros per month. The same happens in Barcelona, so people have to find a house to live out of the metropolitan areas.
