Brown Hotels launched a “Resorts and Hotels Operations Management Diploma” in cooperation with BCA College, Greece

Venturing into education, Brown Hotels is readying a new generation of hoteliers with an official academic diploma course offered by the ‘Brown Academy’.

ATHENS, GREECE – International hotel collection Brown Hotels announces the launch of its latest partnership with the earliest educational institution in Greece, the esteemed BCA College. From October 2024, the institution will be offering students the opportunity to complete a “Diploma in Resorts and Hotels Operations Management”, which will include practical training on the Brown Hotels’ premises.

This partnership is the first step into formal education and training for Brown Hotels, with the aim to create a larger educational organisation focusing on tourism and hotel professional training for young people in the hospitality industry; the Brown Academy.

The one-year curriculum, set by BCA College in Cooperation with Brown Hotels, will provide comprehensive theoretical knowledge on the tourism industry and hotel operations offered at BCA’s city campus in Alexandras Avenue, Athens, offering a well-rounded approach for future executives looking for real insight into the world of hospitality.

The course will entail classes covering all the core aspects of effectively running a hotel, including food, beverage, logistics, hospitality, communication, HR, accounting and finance, and crisis management, amongst more, thus constituting a broad and detailed training proposal.
