Those chosen for the initiative will be offered a four-day visit between Saturday 18 May and Tuesday 21 May to Geneva for the world's leading business to business event for the incentive, business travel and meetings industry. Deadline for application 8 March.

The forum highlights the importance of involving young people in the meetings and incentive industry and is not only a brilliant educational and networking opportunity but also a chance to see the event first hand.
"We want to introduce promising young people to the international industry who are on the first rung of the career ladder, demonstrate the enormous potential available to them and focus on the need for supreme professionalism.
"Employers within the industry are being asked to consider any talented young members on their staff who would benefit from this unique experience."
Open to permanent employees of all ICCA member organisations, associations or corporate clients, applicants must be 30 years old or under and have worked with the company for a minimum of a year at junior or middle management level. Past participants will not be considered.
Applicants need to submit a 250 – 500 word paper to ICCA on one of the following:
What subjects they would like to discuss at the forum
What major changes are likely to take place in the meetings industry in the next five years, and
How will the events of 11 September affect the meetings business
The programme includes all-day seminars on Sunday and Monday and a visit to EIBTM at Palexpo on the opening day.
