Holiday World 2002 is a specialist travel trade exhibition focusing on the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia and Poland-an entire region positioned as a safe tourist destination despite recent international events. Although in the aftermath of September 11th, there has been a trend toward short-haul travel within Europe, there is strong participation from both these and long-haul destinations.
