New building features two Marriott brands under one roof.
FRISCO, TX – Marriott International, Inc. announced that a dual-branded 150-room AC Hotel and 150-suite Residence Inn property will open in Frisco, Texas on Friday, August 2, 2019. Located at 4343 Frisco Green Avenue, the hotels are owned and managed by NewcrestImage of Lewisville, Texas. The properties will share some amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and 3,068 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 200 people. Each hotel will feature its own lobby, lounge, dining area and business center.
Located in Frisco Station, within walking distance to The Star in Frisco and the Ford Center, the dual-brand property offers guests convenient access to the Texas Sculpture Garden at Hall Park, the National Videogame Museum and Toyota Stadium – home of Major League Soccer club FC Dallas.
