Klaus Reinwand has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, extensive knowledge and managing hotels in Switzerland, Germany, India, Turkey and China.
CAI, EGYPT – Steigenberger ALDAU Resort, a member of Sami Saad Holding, Hotel Division, announced that Mr. Klaus Reinwand has been appointed as the Resort General Manager. Mr. Klaus will be responsible for managing the resort operations and maintain the unparalleled service excellence.

Mr. Klaus has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, extensive knowledge and managing hotels in Switzerland, Germany, India, Turkey and China. Mr. Klaus brings global experience in management positions with international chains that were ranked as top hotels and garnered comprehensive experience in different hotel departments.
Prior to starting with Steigenberger, Mr. Klaus held various positions as Director of Operations at Tunisia Hospitality Group, Area Manager of Jaz Makadi Resort, General Manager of Iberotel Makari Resort and Resident Manager at Iberotel Makadi Beach.
During his career, Mr. Klaus has demonstrated leadership and effective management while responsible for hotel operations, rebranding and restructuring different properties, budgeting and implementing hotel standards.
Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
