Benchmark Pyramid takes over management of Pittsburgh Airport Marriott

This marks the 29th hotel Benchmark Pyramid has added to its United States portfolio of third-party managed properties since the company merger.

BOSTON – Benchmark Pyramid announced the company has assumed management of the 318-key Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. This marks the 29th hotel Benchmark Pyramid has added to its United States portfolio of third-party managed properties since the company merger.

“As we progress further away from the limitations imposed by the pandemic, owners are looking for experienced operators to improve bottom lines that have stagnated or even plummeted over the past few years,” said Warren Fields, CEO, Benchmark Pyramid. “Collectively, our executive team has weathered multiple downturns, uniquely positioning Benchmark Pyramid to help hoteliers chart a return to profitability.  We now operate three hotels in the greater Pittsburgh metro area and five overall in Pennsylvania, granting us invaluable market insights we will utilize immediately to benefit this hotel.” 

Located at 777 Aten Road within a five-mile radius of Robert Morris University, Robinson Mall, various Fortune 500 companies and more than 75 restaurants, the pet-friendly hotel recently completed a multi-million-dollar guest room renovation. Hotel amenities include a fitness center, indoor pool, convenience store and complimentary guest parking. The Runner Stone Mill House Restaurant & Bar offers a full array of American fare, specialty cocktails and craft beers.
