NEW YORK – BIO Habitat Hotel in Colombia has appointed Geoffrey Weill Associates to handle its public relations in North America. The hotel and spa is located on 40 acres of pristine rainforest and mountainous area in Colombia’s Eje Cafetero, or Coffee Axis, region in Quindío, just 40 minutes from two international airports: Pereira Matecaña and El Eden in Armenia.

In December 2022, the hotel completed construction on its newest category, the Habitats Selvarios Grand Master Suites.
Underscoring the hotel’s emphasis on wellness and wellbeing is its expanisve Bô Wellness Center. The state-of-the-art facility was completed in November 2022 and features two pools, a wet and dry sauna, and a wellness bar offering natural refreshments and snacks. Guests can enjoy a selection of restorative treatments from Bô signature rituals such as a Cacao and Cafe ritual to Ayurvedic treatments using regional herbs and ingredients.
The hotel’s all-day Basto Resto Bar serves health-conscious dishes, using organic ingredients either grown on-site or sourced locally. The hotel’s grounds also include a tennis court amidst the rainforest, which was completed in September 2022.
