AMSTERDAM – The Ascott Limited celebrates the opening of Citadines Canal Amsterdam. This unique aparthotel is located in old weaver’s houses in the historic centre of Amsterdam. The property was acquired by Ascott Serviced Residence Global Fund (ASRGF) in 2021, renovated, and unveiled on March 1, 2024, as a Citadines apart’hotel.

Citadines Canal Amsterdam is the latest addition to Citadines, which was acquired by The Ascott Limited in 2004 and has since evolved as a specialist in the world of serviced residences. The brand-new Amsterdam aparthotel is situated in a unique location in the old center: in the 17th-century weaver’s houses known as the Noordse Bos. The cosy and warm design of Citadines Canal Amsterdam is a creation of the renowned interior designer Hilary Lancaster, who drew inspiration from the rich history of these houses. Carefully chosen materials and patterns reflect the weaving process.
