DoubleTree by Hilton opens its first location in Berlin, in the heart of the city

Designed by Virserius Studios, the newly-opened property is just steps away from Berlin’s iconic shopping avenue, Kurfürstendamm.

BERLIN, GERMANY – DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku´damm announced its opening, marking DoubleTree by Hilton’s first property in Berlin and the third in Germany. Designed to serve leisure guests vacationing in Berlin as well as business travelers and groups from around the world, the hotel is one of the largest in the city with 420 guest rooms and over 8,600 square feet of meeting space.

Overlooking Los Angeles Plaza, DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku´damm is situated in the heart of Berlin’s luxury shopping district, just steps away from the city’s most exclusive boutiques and restaurants and showrooms of the famous Kurfürstendamm avenue, the Champs-Elysees of Berlin. Originally opened as a hotel in 1981, the property has received an extensive sixteen-month renovation including an interior design rehaul by award-winning design team, Virserius Studios. The result is a fresh take on contemporary accommodation that includes thoughtful amenities and DoubleTree by Hilton’s warm welcome for guests.

DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku´damm’s guest rooms, including the hotel’s 15 suites, feature amenities such as upscale bedding and spa-inspired bathrooms. For those seeking culinary delights, the hotel’s restaurant serves up delectable dishes overseen by Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Castelain and features a sustainable zero-waste menu. The property also offers a fully-equipped fitness area.

DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm also offers 11 state-of-the-art meeting facilities and over 8,600 square feet of meeting space.
