TAMPA, FLA. – Emerald Greens Condo-Hotel, a luxury 50 room resort, has changed its name to Emerald Greens Condo Resort in conjunction with a repositioning of their brand. The resort is recognized as one of the top ranked hotels in Tampa Bay on TripAdvisor and the new name will help the property highlight its resort features, superior service and luxury accommodations.
The new name raises awareness of the property’s resort-style amenities that all guests of Emerald Greens can enjoy. Located in the heart of Carrollwood Country Club, the resort offers guests full access to all country club amenities, which include a 27-hole golf course, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, heated Junior Olympic sized pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and on-site dining. The location of the resort is an additional benefit to guests through its close proximity to local attractions, sports stadiums, museums and dining.
