AKLANTA, GEORGIA – Hay Creek Hotels, a development and management company specializing in upscale independent hotels, announced the successful closing of funding for the historic Redmont Hotel through Access Point Financial a direct full-service lending and advisory firm focused on the hospitality industry.
The Redmont Hotel, located in Birmingham, Ala., is currently managed by Hay Creek and is preparing a complete $6m. contemporizing renovation, funded by Access Point Financial. “We’re thrilled to be beginning the renovation process at the Redmont,” said Norman MacLeod, founder and president of Hay Creek Hotels. He added, “Securing the financing with Access Point Financial was a seamless and streamlined process. They really understand hospitality and the historic renovation process.”
The 120 room Redmont Hotel will undergo a complete restoration and be positioned as the top tier lodging and dining destination in the city of Birmingham.
