Hotel Equities selected to provide Development Services, Oversee Renovation of Residence Inn Dunwoody, GA

Development Services program creates value for hotel owners and developers.

ATLANTA – Hotel owner, operator and developer, Hotel Equities (HE), has been selected to oversee the extensive renovation for the award-winning Residence Inn by Marriott-Atlanta Perimeter Center/Dunwoody located in Dunwoody, Georgia.

The hotel originally opened in 2017 and immediately became the market leader in RevPAR and guest satisfaction, earning Marriott’s prestigious Opening Hotel of the Year award. Owners tapped Hotel Equities’ development services program to govern the renovation, an investment into sustaining the hotel’s place among the brand’s top performing hotels. The renovation project aims to further elevate the guest experience and revitalize the property’s aesthetics, amenities, and functionality.

As an operating partner with a proven track record in managing property improvement plans (PIP’s) and repositioning hotels, HE’s development services program will create value for stakeholders by utilizing its strong relationship with the brand and leveraging vendor partnerships to deliver cost-savings for owners/investors. The Residence Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center/Dunwoody’s renovation will encompass various aspects with the objective to transform the property into a modern and inviting destination that caters to the evolving needs and preferences of today’s travelers.

Patrick Trainor, VP of projects and facilities, leads the Development Services team for Hotel Equities and has nearly 30 years of development experience having completed more than 200 new-build, renovation, and conversion projects.
