Kiwi Collection announced the launch of its online verified guest review system. Kiwi Collection is the first in the luxury hotel industry to provide this feature, which offers an additional source of information for travellers in search of the perfect hotel.
"We live in an age when consumers want honest, unbiased feedback and insider knowledge of hotels: the good and possibly, the bad," said Philippe Kjellgren, President and CEO of Kiwi Collection. "These reviews will complement our existing expert hotel ratings to deliver an even more satisfying customer experience on our ever-growing site."
Hotel reviews are now available exclusively to guests who booked through Kiwi Collection and have completed their stay at any of the 2,300 hotels in the collection. To help facilitate their reviews while the experience is still fresh, guests are sent a questionnaire encouraging feedback and comments directly after their stay. This added function is invaluable in allowing Kiwi Collection to remain a trustworthy and unbiased source, while providing insightful feedback to its consumers.
