PLYMOUTH, MA – Linchris announces the acquisition of the Provincetown Inn in Provincetown, MA.

The 102-room hotel sits on just over 6 acres of land, overlooking the Provincetown Harbor. The property has its own private beach and is only a short walk away from the many cultural
attractions downtown Provincetown has to offer including restaurants, local shops and galleries, and annual events that draw visitors all year round. Built in the 1930s, this historic property
maintains its historic past, while including all the modern ameniKes required by today’s traveler.

“We are incredibly happy about the purchase of the Provincetown Inn to further become a part of the Provincetown community. Our relationship with Provincetown began over twenty years
ago with the Surfside Hotel and it has been a pleasure to be a part of the town,” said Linchris President, Bob Anderson. Linchris is a family owned company based in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

The company will maintain the hotel as the Provincetown Inn, and implement its management and hotel operaKng procedures in order to exceed guest expectaKons and maintain the hotel in superb physical condition.

Linchris, based in Plymouth, MA is an experienced hotel investment and management firm founded in 1985 that has successfully operated and invested in hotel properKes for the past three decades. Linchris is led by a nine-person investment and management team with an average industry experience of 22 years.
