Emil Hauge is just the first person to be hired at Zleep Hotel Aalborg. Zleep Hotels is looking for new colleagues to help open the hotel in January.
Emil Hauge will be leading the new Zleep Hotel Aalborg when it opens on January 21st, 2019. Emil has a strong background from the hospitality industry, and one of his biggest projects is to find a new team to fill the many job opportunities at the hotel.
Emil Hauge grew up in the hospitality industry and has a strong commercial background from, among others, Scandic and Radisson Hotel Group, where he worked within sales for both leisure and business guests. Emil graduated from University College Nordjylland with a bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management. Emil is now ready to take the lead in operating Zleep Hotel Aalborg’s 126 rooms when it opens by the end of January next year.

The hotel can already be booked online with an opening discount in January and February.
Hiring opening team in Aalborg
Emil Hauge is just the first person to be hired at Zleep Hotel Aalborg. Zleep Hotels is looking for new colleagues to help open the hotel in January. Those interested can already apply for several positions, such as Housekeeping, Hosts, and Front Office Manager. New employees will be joining an organization that is growing quickly, which creates more job opportunities in the future.
According to the HR Manager at Zleep Hotels, Tina Berning, the new staff gets a unique opportunity by being part of an opening team: “In the past year, we have become a much larger organization, and we look forward to getting even more, engaged colleagues in Zleep Hotels. This is also why we have developed several new initiatives. For example, we invest a lot in training processes through Zleep Academy, which allows us to internally develop the necessary competences for our future leaders. At Zleep Hotel Aalborg, our new team will get a unique opportunity as they will partake in the opening of a new hotel with us. This gives them particular experiences and creates different competences.”
