MIAMI BEACH, FLA. – Menin Hospitality announced it has entered an agreement to manage Mondrian South Beach, one of Miami Beach's only bay front hotel destinations. With 335 units, a full service spa and dining concept, Menin Hospitality will manage the property that first opened in 2008 as a Mondrian under a license granted to the hotel by Morgans Hotel Group. The Menin restaurant and nightlife portfolio includes Bodega Taqueria Y Tequila, Red Ginger, Pizza Bar and Bakehouse, a French brasserie concept opening later this month. Menin Hospitality has over 700 guest rooms under management with ten additional nightlife, hotel, and restaurant concepts in the pipeline scheduled to open within the next three years.

Mondrian's extensive meeting and event space will greatly impact Menin Hospitality's ability to host premier groups, organizations and events in Miami Beach. "Over the next twelve months we'll update and refresh the property with improved event and group spaces, a new dining concept while maintaining the high quality of the current room product," says Jared Galbut, Principal of Menin Hospitality.
