Mitsis Group makes Mykonos plans

Greece`s Mitsis<.> Group is planning to build four hotels with a total bed capacity of 2,000 on the popular Aegean isle of Mykonos following its purchase of a property at Elia beach.



The company anticipates spending 24 billion drachmas on construction of the units.



Aiming to differentiate from other standard hotels, the units will offer various alternatives for relaxation and recreation such as private pools in suites, sauna and jacuzzi, while a heliport will also be built.



Tennis courts, mini golf courses, a gymnasium and other sporting installations will feature at the resorts along with pools and a bar overlooking the sea.
