Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea included in “World’s 10 Best Spas”.

Jordan is the only country in the Middle East in the top 10 spa destinations.

DEAD SEA, JORDAN – Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea has been named among the top 10 spas worldwide, in the latest accolade awarded to the resort and its famed spa. In its June/July 2014, internationally renowned Premier Traveler magazine revealed its annual PT Picks and praised the spa for its outstanding service and innovative treatments.

The magazine cited luxury age-defying mud treatments among the top attractions at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea. It also called the resort’s award-winning Zara Dead Sea Spa, the “Hottest Spa in The World”. Jordan is the only country in the Middle East in the top 10 spa destinations.

Results were determined jointly by Premier Traveler’s senior staff, along with a carefully selected panel of 10 travel writers and editors, moderated by the publication’s Editor-in-Chief. Criteria included customer service, location, treatments, amenities and special experiences.

“To be picked as the leading spa in the region and one of the best in the world by such a reputable magazine, is something we’re very proud of.  Our edge has always been our constant innovation and focus on creating a unique spa experience, which is clearly making the spa very memorable,” said Peter Hoesli, General Manager of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea and Regional Manager in Jordan.

Zara Spa Dead Sea is one of the most advanced in the Middle East, offering more than 70 health and beauty treatments while using healing Dead Sea products famous for their age-defying properties. The 6,000 square metre facility includes tropical scent showers, pools with varying saline concentrations and 31 treatments rooms.
