LOS ANGELES, CALIF. – Enveloped in the timeless glamour of Beverly Hills while presenting European comfort and a delicate touch of exquisite design and amenities, Mr. C Beverly Hills announces a new culinary leadership team for The Restaurant and food and beverage operations throughout the hotel. Carol Roudillon has been promoted to director of food & beverage while Manuel Ignacio Albo is the new executive chef.

With a European bachelor’s degree in business, management and marketing, Roudillon earned a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurship and finance before he joined Mr. C Beverly Hills as a F&B Manager Trainee eight years ago. He has grown in each position at The Restaurant and now takes the helm as Director of Food & Beverage. “I am thrilled for this new position and as Director of Food & Beverage, I look forward to helping our collective team take everything to the next level,” said Carol Roudillon, director of food & beverage at Mr. C Beverly Hills.

Newly appointed head chef, Albo trained under the Cipriani family and has over three years of experience at Cipriani Dolci in New York City. A New York City native, Albo went to culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education before backpacking through Europe for a month exploring memorable restaurants, food cultures and experiences. “I am honored to work with The Restaurant at the famed Mr. C Beverly Hills and look forward to elevating the experience for guests,” said Executive Chef Albo, Mr. C Beverly Hills.

Presenting more than 24,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space with a rooftop ballroom offering panoramic views of L.A., an outdoor pool terrace with daybeds and cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness center and a business center, Mr. C Beverly Hills is anchored by The Restaurant at Mr. C.
