Oasis Hotels & Resorts enchances agent dedicated platform with added benefits and features

Experience upgraded product and heightened service during five night complimentary stay.


CANCUN, QUINTANA ROO, MEXICO — Oasis Hotels & Resorts, a leading all-inclusive vacation resort brand in the Mexican Caribbean, is pleased to announce – the enhancement of the company’s online platform dedicated to serving the travel agent community. Features such as streamlined training programs, generous rewards and simplified tools will enable partners to seamlessly navigate the various product offers available by Oasis and agents will be more successful than ever selling unforgettable travel experiences to leisure guests, corporate groups, wedding celebrations and more.

To demonstrate the evolution of the brand, and allow agents to experience refreshed resorts and a more sophisticated guest experience, Oasis Hotels & Resorts invites all agents to visit four of their all-inclusive resorts complimentary for up to five nights. Agents can visit Grand Oasis Cancun, Grand Oasis Sens, Grand Oasis Palm and Grand Oasis Tulum. Agents staying for three nights will receive complimentary, all-inclusive accommodations at the resort of their choice, and are asked to complete one site inspection at their resort and a site visit at a second property. Those staying four or five nights can stay at two resorts of their choice and will be asked to complete three site inspections. The complimentary visits are bookable for stays between January 2 – 31, 2017 or April 17 – June 30, 2017.

On the new platform, agents will be able to access Oasis’ higher commissions and other agent rewards, view all consumer offers, discover unbeatable perks for group bookings and book FAM trips with special year-round rates. Agents can also download important marketing resources like brochures, resort fact sheets, videos, customizable flyers and more, and even book stays directly on The Certification Program provides a comprehensive overview of everything Oasis offers so agents can feel confident selling to clients.

OasisConnect aligns with the brand’s goal of solidifying Oasis’ commitment to the travel agent community. In 2016 Oasis has implemented a series of specific operational enhancements to improve the company’s standards of service and hospitality including refurbishing hotel product, differentiating each resort, implementing innovative culinary programming and incorporating a Guest Experience Manager, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction at Grand Oasis Cancun.
