Following a multimillion dollar enhancement project, Oasis Hotels & Resorts proudly welcomes guests to experience Sian Ka’an – a new class of all-inclusive luxury at Grand Tulum and Grand Sens.

CANCUN, QUINTANA ROO, MEXICO – Oasis Hotels & Resorts announced the creation of a new luxury resort within a resort concept, The Sian Ka’an. Boasting spacious accommodations, premier service and upgraded amenities, the exclusive adults-only Sian Ka’an concept comes to life at the brand’s Grand Tulum and Grand Sens resorts following a multimillion dollar enhancement project.

With over 160 luxury accommodations, couples seeking an upscale, romantic escape should look no further than Sian Ka’an – or “Heaven’s Door” in Mayan.

Sian Ka’an, Oasis’ most luxurious room category yet, features exclusive benefits such as a private terrace with a plunge pool or in-room whirlpool, a personal concierge and butler, L’Occitane bathroom products, daily restocked premium mini bar, 24-hour room service, unlimited WiFi and access to a private beach club with Balinese beds, butler service, exclusive bars, dining and more.

Guests who experience Sian Ka’an accommodations, can expect specialized service to cater to their every need. All Oasis personnel serving Sian Ka’an accommodations are required to undergo a special training to receive a Sian Ka’an certification. The brand also appointed a Director of Sian Ka’an at each property, dedicated to maintaining a heightened level of luxury.

“At Oasis Hotels & Resorts, we continuously seek to elevate the guest experience. The creation of the Sian Ka’an concept represents an opportunity to capture the attention of an entirely new audience. By blending the best of both worlds – the convenience of an all-inclusive resort with the tailored appeal of a boutique property – the Sian Ka’an resort within a resort experience is sure to take the Oasis Hotels & Resorts brand to the next level,” said Jesus Almaguer, director of marketing and communications for Oasis Hotels & Resorts. “As we look to the future, the brand will continue to invest in the guest experience, and we hope the new Sian Ka’an experience at Grand Tulum and Grand Sens will set the stage for exciting developments to come.”

Guests of The Sian Ka’an at Grand Tulum can indulge in the ultimate level of opulent relaxation with 76 new Sian Ka’an rooms and suites, a newly-built Sensoria Spa, exclusive Sensoria Champagne Bar, and the soothing surroundings of one of Quintana Roo’s most beautiful destinations. Guests also have exclusive access to a private beach club, pool area, bars and four restaurants, including Careyes and The White Box, which hold the #1 and #6 spot respectively on Trip Advisor’s list of top fine dining restaurants in the area. In addition to four exclusive Sian Ka’an restaurants, guests can also enjoy dining at any of the nine restaurants located steps away at Oasis’ family resort, Grand Oasis Tulum.

Adventurous and free-spirited couples looking to explore their passions can awaken their senses at The Sian Ka’an at Grand Sens. With 90 Sian Ka’an rooms and suites, this 21+ adults-only property features some of the best and most unique dining options in Cancun including Benazuza, an award-winning molecular gastronomy eatery, and The Black Hole, a dark dining experience. Both are continuously ranked among Trip Advisor’s 10 Best Restaurants in Cancun.

Additional amenities for guests in Sian Ka’an accommodations include a bottle of wine and welcome amenity, a complimentary straw beach bag and hat, pillow menu, nightly turndown service, safety box, two robes and slippers and more.
