SINGAPORE – Cementing its position as a key player on the global luxury hospitality stage, Pan Pacific Singapore relaunches with a makeover of all 790 rooms, new dining concept Pacific Emporium and plush destination bar Plume. redefines its ambition with its new campaign “Graceful Luxury,” the brand’s commitment to sincere, trustworthy and gracious hospitality. To drive Pan Pacific’s growth as an international luxury brand, Pan Pacific Hotels Group pumps in $740 million into new openings, asset enhancement and elevated guest experiences that reiterate the brand’s passion for excellence.

New Brand Signatures Around the World

Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts showcases its new vision  through the rollout of several brand signatures, including Pan Pacific Ambassadors, who welcome guests with deep knowledge about the property and destination. Pan Pacific Ambassadors are empowered to go above and beyond for guests, to anticipate their needs, delight them with sincere service and deliver memorable experiences.

Recognizing the importance of high-quality sleep experiences, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts also unveils its Happy Sleepers program, available to Club and Suite guests and VIPs, including Pan Pacific DISCOVERY members of Platinum tier and above. The complimentary in-room service includes high-quality bedding, pillow and menus, including sleep-promoting food and beverages such as warm milk, tea and healthy snacks that help regulate melatonin. A sleep menu brings guests through the five best yoga poses to assist with sleep and relaxation, accompanied by a guided meditation playlist, room scenting and aromatherapy bath experiences.

Unveiling a Global Series of New Generation  Flagship Properties

Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts demonstrates its new vision through a rich pipeline of new hotels, serviced suites and asset enhancements around the world. The latest to join the list of Graceful Luxury experiences is Pan Pacific Singapore, transformed by FDAT Architects across all 790 rooms; dining concept Pacific Emporium; plush destination bar PLUME; and a lush, graceful arrival experience. Warm foliage welcomes guests, beckoning them into a towering Atrium Lobby with soaring trees and the familiar sight of the hotel’s thoughtfully preserved iconic pods by CHADA Interior Design.

The brand’s latest line-up of hotels that embody gracious hospitality includes Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, which had its soft opening on June 1, 2023. Designed by award-winning architecture firm WOHA, the property dramatically rises amidst the famed Orchard Road with four high-volume, open-air, nature-inspired environments: Forest, Garden, Beach and Cloud, as well as its culinary centerpiece Mosella, featuring Mediterranean-Peruvian cuisine, and  destination garden bar, Florette.

Placing Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts on the global stage is a growing footprint around the world. The opening of Bellustar Tokyo, a Pan Pacific Hotel on May 19, 2023 presented a showcase of ultra-luxe Japanese hospitality, topped by a Penthouse furnished with a personal spa treatment room and a jacuzzi with breathtaking vistas of Tokyo. In Europe, the brand has made its indelible mark with Pan Pacific London, which has clinched the coveted Five-Star Forbes Travel Guide every year since opening in 2021 for its exemplary showcase of graceful luxury. In the first half of 2024, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts will launch its new vision of luxury in Indonesia with Pan Pacific Jakarta in the prestigious integrated complex Thamrin Nine.
