Over four years, the Novo team has carefully constructed a dynamic network of complementary companies. stayNovo, launched in 2011, offers corporate travelers extended-stay living accommodations (with an average stay of 3-6 months). In 2012, Novo Properties was introduced, providing comprehensive condo management to investors (who earned an average of 20-40% more rental income with stayNovo’s fully furnished and serviced properties). The following year, the brokerage arm of operations, Novo International, was founded. Completing the circle in 2014 was the establishment of the corporate housing based investment division, Novo Capital.
