The 116-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Kennewick, Washington opened. Located at 7048 Grandridge Boulevard, the SpringHill Suites Kennewick/Tri-Cities will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by A-1 Kennewick, LLC and managed by The Hotel Group of Edmonds, Washington.

Finally, Marriott International, Inc. announced that a combined 145-suite SpringHill Suites and 176-suite Residence Inn in San Jose, California will open this Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Located at 10 Skyport Drive, the hotels were developed by and are managed by Huntington Hotel Group of Dallas, Texas. The properties will share an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center as well as 4,800 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 200 people.
