MIAMI, FL – The Excellence Collection reveals the grand opening of Finest Punta Cana. This resort is the first of the collection’s Finest Resorts brand in Punta Cana, and offers high end All Inclusive vacations for all ages.
Finest Punta Cana sits along the same stretch of golden sand beach as the collection’s two Excellence Resorts branded properties for adults only in the destination: Excellence Punta Cana and Excellence El Carmen.

The 455-suite resort features the brand’s iconic suite categories that have made Finest Resorts a desirable luxury escape, with two-story rooftop terrace suites with private plunge pools, swim-up suites, family suites with a separate bedroom for kids, several options with private pools or plunge pools, massive honeymoon suites, and even more luxurious options. The suites are divided into three sections:
- Finest Suites with infinite excellence amenities
- Finest Club for families, with elevated in-suite amenities, a complimentary hydrotherapy session, and access to members-only lounges, beach area, pools, and restaurants
- Excellence Club for adults only, with elevated in-suite amenities, a complimentary hydrotherapy session, and access to exclusive lounges, private beach, pools, and restaurants. Excellence Club areas are set on their own side of the resort for a secluded adults-only environment.
The above-the-curve All Inclusive plan includes all-day dining and premium drinks. Fifteen bars and lounges all over the property range from refreshing swim-up bars to the beautiful Golden Bar in the main lobby. Guests can indulge in a variety of cuisine across 10 international dining options, like an extensive Market Kitchen buffet, French cuisine at Le Petit Plaisir for adults only, several interactive Pan-Asian tables (Korean BBQ, Sukiyaki, and Shabu-Shabu) at Melting Pot, lunch by the ocean at Las Dunas Beach House, a food truck patio, and many more choices. All guests are welcome to the restaurants on the eastern and central areas of the resort, with three Imagine Lounges for childcare right near the restaurants, allowing parents to enjoy a romantic meal on their own. The three adults-only restaurants sit on the western side of the resort, which is also home to the exclusive Excellence Club areas, creating a grown-up atmosphere in the evenings for guests ages 18 and up.
Activities abound at Finest Punta Cana, from games and water sports in the pool and beach areas to the day, to nightly shows and live music in the evenings. The Imagine Kids Club has a daily itinerary of activities for kids in each age group, or little ones can have a blast in the fun-filled splash and playground in the massive main pool (one of seven total pools throughout the resort).
The extraordinary ONE Spa features the ONE Aqua hydrotherapy area with a full circuit of bubble loungers, saunas, steam baths, hot and cold plunges, and more for complete relaxation. The spa pantry allows guests to select their preferred ingredients for an array of treatments and massages, and the facilities also include a salon, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and kid-friendly treatments like mini-pedis and mini massages.
