The sales agreement of the Southern part of Afandou has been successfully completed for Atlantica Hotels & Resorts

It is worth mentioning that the Golf-North Afandou Golf Sales Agreement (SPA) was singed a few days earlier between HRADF and M.A. Angeliades Inc., while the financial closure of the transaction is expected to take place in the coming period.

As part of the company’s development strategy, Atlantica Hotels & Resorts announced its latest addition which is the successful completion of the sales agreement of the southern part of Afandou in Rhodes. The signed agreement entails three new high quality holiday resorts and a tourist village of 20 independent residences of interest of the Nicolaides family – Atlantica Hotels & Resorts- with a budget of 150 million euros, according to Τ.Ν. Aegean Sun Investment Ltd.
