The Villa Group has successfully completed the purchase of oceanfront parcels in Isla Mujeres, just off the Yucatan coast near Cancun, and on the bay of Ensenada Blanca in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico, and is now in the design and construction phase of destination resorts in both locations. Upon completion of these four new properties, The Villa Group resort portfolio will expand to 12.
“With the proven success of our Villa La Estancia and Villa del Palmar brands in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, our plan is to build these properties side by side in other destinations,” said Owen Perry, one of The Villa Group’s owners.
