Tuinn, the first integral hotel management and revenue management software, is born

ABPCO’s association conference enquiry system, allows associations to enter a variety of details about their association conference needs as they seek support from the ABPCO membership.

BARCELONA – Tuinn technology, the Joint Venture driven by FNSrooms and Keytel, has created Tuinn, a solution developed to provide the market with the first frictionless software that brings together all operational functions such as, channel management, direct sales, PMS and revenue management. This new solution meets the management, marketing, distribution and pricing policy needs of any hotel establishment or tourist flat.

Tuinn is an interconnected platform to group all the functionalities in a single solution with a front office system to channel all bookings and a back-office system to manage them. It is a complete tool developed using the most innovative technology and which has been tested by hoteliers to ensure that it offers solutions adapted to the reality of the industry.

As far as the PMS is concerned, Tuinn is an excellent hotel management solution for all tasks related to bookings such as, check-in, check-out, collections, invoicing, charges and consumption, and includes a complete reporting system, integration with suppliers and other extra modules.

The Channel Manager includes comprehensive online distribution management on a single screen and in a simple way. The tool updates availability, prices and restrictions from a single place, working in a streamlined and synchronised way across all channels to optimise time and inventory.

Moreover, the website is designed to promote direct sales, through a site with an integrated booking engine, an attractive look and feel adapted to the style of each hotel and ready to generate bookings at the click of a button. Finally, in terms of pricing policy, an integrated tool is used to increase the hotel's profitability by applying the correct price at all times.

The company plans to grow strongly in the coming years. The software is adapted to the diverse reality of the independent hotel industry in Europe and Latin America, and this opens the door to a large market of hotels that, as a result of the impact of the pandemic, have increased their investment in digitisation, seeking greater efficiency and higher sales performance.

The project will be led by Macarena Fedriani, who will act as CEO and highlighted that "the fact of combining our know-how and our technology with the powerful customer base that both partners have has allowed us to greatly accelerate the launch and start-up period. Tuinn will evolve its 360o software on an ongoing basis. Our aim is to have happy hoteliers with happy clients through a cross-cutting approach, seeking not only to benefit the client through their experience from the moment they make the booking until they leave the hotel, but also that of the hotelier, providing them with technology that makes management easier. At Tuinn, this is what we understand as ‘better hospitality’.” In fact, one of the company's claims in English is "enhanced hospitality".

Keytel's management is very excited to launch this revolutionary software: "We wanted to take a truly all-in-one provider and system to the independent hotel that would cover every aspect of the hotel's needs, beyond the usual functions of a PMS and Channel Manager. Our intention was to add revenue management intelligence and to do it through a simple, easy to use and intuitive application. That is why we were looking for a technology that was very robust in the most "core" functionalities of the PMS, which had already been implemented in many countries and that we could complete with all the contribution of distribution and 360o connectivity for direct sales.

When we met the FNSrooms team, we knew they were the ideal partner for this.” At FNSrooms they agree that Tuinn is a unique and different product: "After more than fifteen
years as hotel technology developers, we see the launch of this software, which covers every area of hotel operations, as a great opportunity. Moreover, having a partner like Keytel is a guarantee of success for us".

Amancio López, president of the Hotusa Group, has explained that this project responds to the ongoing commitment to innovation within the organisation that he manages. Therefore, he emphasised that "technology will play an increasingly fundamental role in the hotel, entering into all operational areas".
