ZIHUATANEJO, MEXICO – With the completion of a top-to-bottom renovation, the Deluxe Guest Rooms at Viceroy Zihuatanejo have emerged with a stunning Contemporary Mexican ambiance with more luxurious appointments, new plunge pools and technology upgrades.

In the spacious, split-level Deluxe Guest Rooms, with king beds and approximately 480 square-feet, Mexican materials were mixed with modern decor elements to create the contemporary feel. Bathrooms were finished with indigenous marble and feature rainforest shower heads, double sinks and separate room for the toilet. The decks offer lounge chairs and, in six of the eight refurbished Deluxe Guest Rooms, revamped plunge pools with all new tile and stone work. One of the new Deluxe Guest Rooms now offers a hanging bed.
