BERLIN, GERMANY – Can’t imagine your beloved Spot not on vacation with your family? Neither can 20% of American travelers! Dogs truly are man’s best friend, as HomeToGo, the world’s largest metasearch engine for vacation rentals, has discovered.
HomeToGo took a closer look at more than fifteen-thousand searches on hometogo.com, reviewing what filter Americans search for most when looking for a vacation rental home. While many may think Internet would rank highest searched in this digital world we live in, only 13% of searches selected Internet connectivity as important. In the eyes of HomeToGo.com users, an ideal vacation home rental would not only be pet friendly, but have a pool too. One out of every five searches on HomeToGo, filtered for homes containing a pool.
