The TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes is set to feature over 400 exhibitors, including 60 newcomers, representing a broad spectrum of the travel retail and duty-free industry. Enhanced networking and learning opportunities await professionals.
More than 400 exhibitors presenting thousands of brands across duty-free and travel retail, have confirmed their participation in the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference, taking place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes from 1st to 5th October. Over 60 new exhibitors will be participating, alongside those returning to Cannes.
Among additions to the event, this year will be an extension to the Ambassadors Village and a new Majestic Beach Village.
The organizations participating represent a wide variety of the world’s leading retailers, international airports, airlines, ferry and cruise lines, and include the return of many Asian companies following the lifting of travel restrictions in the region. Confirmed attending companies include China Duty Free Group, Dufry, Gebr. Heinemann, Duty-Free Americas, Heathrow Airport, Lagardère Travel Retail, The Shilla Duty Free, Changi Airport Group, Lotte Duty-Free and many more.
TFWA i.lab, a showcase for new and innovative ways to engage travelers and increase spend, will also be returning with a new location in a central location within the Palais des Festivals. The dedicated TFWA i.lab space will feature a lounge where participants can network and promote their ideas from a pitch stage complete with audio-visual presentation screens. The exhibition area will feature 15 exhibiting companies.
All TFWA i.lab participants will also be featured on a dedicated page in the Discovery section of the TFWA 365 platform.
TFWA World Exhibition & Conference will present numerous opportunities for participants to meet and connect in person. The TFWA ONE2ONE personalized meeting service will provide a platform for formal meetings between eligible exhibitors, retailers, landlords, agents and distributors, with onsite facilities available from Tuesday to Thursday.
Ahead of the event delegates can also arrange meetings and connect virtually through the TFWA Directories service via the networking section of the TFWA365 online platform. The Exhibitor Directory is open to all pre-registered visitors and the Visitor Directory is open to confirmed exhibitors.
This year’s TFWA World Exhibition & Conference will boast a refreshed event program, featuring a range of learning, networking, and social elements.
TFWA will be hosting a Cannes Preview Webinar taking place on the TFWA 365 online platform on Tuesday, 5th September at 10 a.m., to ensure delegates are equipped to make the most from their time at TFWA World Exhibition & Conference.
