Marissa Little will be responsible for facilitating talent development and retention strategies across HE’s expanding portfolio of hotels. Michaelanne Colarelli will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to further enhance HE’s brand presence.
ATLANTA – Hotel Equities, an award-winning hotel owner, operator, and developer, announced Marissa Little has been promoted to the position of Talent Manager, and Michaelanne Colarelli has been promoted to the role of Marketing Manager.
Marissa Little previously served as Talent Coordinator where she has fostered a positive and inclusive work environment while managing the various aspects of talent acquisition and development. In her new role as Talent Manager, Marissa will be responsible for facilitating talent development and retention strategies across HE’s expanding portfolio of hotels. She holds a degree in hospitality administration from Georgia State University and is a graduate of HE’s 2018 Manager in Training program. She was also named among Hotel Management Magazine’s Thirty under 30 rising stars in the Hotel Industry. Her knowledge of the hospitality industry, on-property experience, and commitment to cultivating a talented workforce will contribute to the talent development team’s continued success.
Michaelanne Colarelli previously served as Office and Events Coordinator where her forward-thinking approach has maximized the company’s brand recognition and contributed to cultivating key relationships and attracting new business. As the new Marketing Manager, Michaelanne will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to further enhance HE’s brand presence. She holds a degree in education from Saint Louis University. Her entry role with HE was assisting in launching a successful new brand within the company’s portfolio of restaurants/entertainment venues. Her keen eye for market trends, deep understanding of our client base and ability to leverage digital platforms will continue to drive company success and elevate our client experiences.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
