Veronica Tomas brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. As Director of Rooms, she will lead, mentor, and assist multiple departments, including housekeeping, front desk, guest services, Lady in Red, retail, Kayantá Spa, gym, and security, with the goal of ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for guests.

With an illustrious career in the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, Tomas will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring that every moment of their stay is characterized by the highest levels of service.

Tomas’ impressive career trajectory has provided her with a strong foundation in the hospitality industry. She has held extensive leadership roles within esteemed hotel collections across Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, including Blue Diamond Resorts, RCD Hotels, Palace Resorts, Hilton, Grand Velas, AM Resorts, and Radisson. Her previous roles have honed her managerial expertise and enhanced her knowledge of guest satisfaction.
