On February 20, 2024, The Broadmoor‘s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Scott Flexman, announced the appointment of Mary Jobb as its new Executive Director of Sales.
Mary Jobb has over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry and brings a fresh perspective to The Broadmoor’s sales team. Her successful track record in achieving exceptional sales results through strategic target setting and revenue-boosting programs speaks volumes about her dynamic leadership qualities.
With a passion for excellence & leadership, Mary Jobb has demonstrated her proficiency in driving group sales initiatives to new heights, in her most recent role at The Diplomat Beach Resort, along with her time at The Waldorf Astoria & Hilton Orlando complex. During Mary’s tenure with Hilton Worldwide she also served as a Senior Regional Director of Sales for seven years, successfully supporting hotels throughout the East Coast & Canada. Prior to Mary’s time with Hilton she was with LXR, Luxury Resorts & Hotels, where she played a pivotal role in building the sales organization.
