During the day in Chicago, you can enjoy various outdoor activities and urban getaways amidst the towering skyscrapers and the iconic city as your backdrop. However, more novelty and excitement comes when the sun is down, and the city lights start to pave the streets with their zesty vibes.

Whether you are visiting alone or with a group and want to have a perfect venue to have your fun games, no need to google "bars with party rooms Chicago" for the streets of Chicago were dotted with a ton of right places to hang out and stay late.

To even excite you more with what Chicago has to offer, below are the five ways for you to enjoy your one night stay in Chicago;

1. Beer party

In thinking about how you can enjoy your night in Chicago, what could be more fun than having a party? Instead of going on your way hitting clubs and doing the typical night out, why not give it some twist and try a beer party.

The Navigator Taproom, a warehouse bar with a wall of self-pouring beer, wine, and cider, would be a friendly place to go. You can have a pint of beer while playing charades and board games or enjoy happy hour with friends. On top of that, you can either order food at the bar or BYO (bring your own food).

Info: The Navigator Taproom is located at 2211 N Milwaukee Ave #100, Chicago, IL 60647, and is open from 4 pm-12 am on weekdays and 12 pm- 12 am on weekends.

2. Night out in a park

All year round, wherever you are around the city, you would definitely be not far from a park that hosts a neighborhood event. Chicago is known to hold around 2000 uniquely themed events sponsored and supported at about 80 various neighborhood parks. The thing about these events at the parks is that they are free and almost everyone is welcomed to take part, locals and visitors alike.

These events are good to try out when you are in Chicago and would prefer to have an outdoor activity at night. You can enjoy movie shows, community bonfires, seasonally-themed parties for the family, and even service projects.

Info: Check out the Chicago Park District's website for the schedule of events.

3. Acoustic music at coffee houses

If you were the introverted type and would rather hear soft and soothing music at calmer volumes, cafes and coffee shops around downtown Chicago hosts live performances of acoustic music in the evening.  May it be a small jazz band, a songwriter launching an original piece, or merely a man with a guitar, you can catch these live performances around Chicago's cafes and coffee shops almost every night.

Info: Drunken Bean Cafe at 400 E South Water St. Cafe Mustache at 2313 N Milwaukee Avenue

4. Cosmic bowling

Bowling is always a fun option to enjoy and bust the stress out of your system. In Chicago, the fun turns out to be exhilarating when you play bowling, and the alley goes dark.

The moment the alley turns, "cosmic" lights were replaced with black lights and music along with the lights gets everyone on their feet while rolling that bowling ball towards the pins. Cosmic Bowling is one option to try out if you want to have a 'cosmic' experience to treasure on your visit to Chicago.

Info: Waveland Bowl at 3700 N. Western Avenue.

5. Escape room

Escape Rooms had recently become a popular activity for groups and teams. Guests enter a pulse-pounding, spooky, and hair raising environment and would work together in figuring out how to escape the room given a timeframe.

Adventures at Escape Rooms include escaping zombie attacks, cracking codes to defuse a bomb, and many other exciting chase-and-escape-like activities. You would regret leaving Chicago without trying one of these.

Info: Room Escape Adventures at 410 S. Michigan Avenue.

Conclusion
Travels and moments where you are at a bliss of enjoying yourself are the most rewarding ones. Life is too short not to enjoy, but bear in mind that while you laugh amidst bun fights and mugs filled with sparkly beers, it's the fostered relationships that matter.

Thus make every escape and trips matter. A good place to have a good time with good people would put a new spin on the ball.
