Hotel Sant Francesc celebrates its second anniversary. “It has been an exciting time for me and my family from the moment we opened our doors,” says Andres Soldevila Casals, proprietor. “From the first review by the Sunday Times UK, we were named a “Hot Hotel” – a potentially tough claim to live up, but the team delivered under the guidance of Ilka Karl as General Manager. We are delighted that some of our first guests continue to return again and again," says Soldevila Ferrer.
Ilka Karl has been appointed Director of Corporate Development for the Sant Francesc Hotel Singular brand. In this capacity, she will plan and execute strategies to meet the organizational objectives moving forward. "I move on in my new role knowing that we reached an extraordinary level of recognition within two years. This can only be accomplished with great team work. I look forward to an even brighter future," says Karl.
Taking on the role of General Manager is Miguel Garcia Feliz whose experience was acquired at Claridge's and The Connaught in London. With this he'll bring a balanced and fresh approach to the luxury we would like to deliver. He will strive to maintain the standards that have been developed while creating new experiences for the guests.

From an untouched 18th century Manor House to being named “One of the Best Hotels on the Planet” Sant Francesc has grown into being a top luxury urban resort in the center of Palma de Mallorca.
