Mikhail Poluboyarinov is a member of PJSC Aeroflot’s Board of Directors since 2017.
MOSCOW – The Board of Directors of PJSC Aeroflot has elected Mikhail Poluboyarinov as CEO. The Board of Directors meeting was held on 20 November 2020 with absentee voting. Mikhail Poluboyarinov has entered office. Prior to his election as CEO of PJSC Aeroflot Mikhail Poluboyarinov held the position of CEO of State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK). Since 2017, he has been a member of PJSC Aeroflot’s Board of Directors. He has many years of work experience in executive-level positions including financial management of the Company.
The Board of Directors decided to early terminate the powers of PJSC Aeroflot CEO Vitaly Saveliev following his appointment as Minister of Transport on 10 November 2020 by a decree of the President of the Russian Federation. Vitaly Saveliev has been elected Chairman of Board of Directors of PJSC Aeroflot by the resolution of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors approved the corresponding changes to the composition of PJSC Aeroflot’s Management Board.
Mikhail Poluboyarinov
Born in 1966 in Moscow. In 1988, graduated from Moscow Finance Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 1998, graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics with a PhD in Economics majoring in Finance, Currency Circulation and Credit. From 1990 to 1999, Chief Accountant and Financial Director at Avtoimport. From 2000 to 2009, Chief Accountant, Deputy CEO of OJSC Aeroflot. From 2009 to 2020, Director of the Infrastructure Department, Deputy Chairman of VEB.RF, First Deputy Chairman, member of the Management Board of State Development Corporation VEB.RF. From March to November 2020, CEO of State Transport Leasing
Member of PJSC Aeroflot’s Board of Directors since 2017. Member of the Board of Directors of "Leader", and a member of the Supervisory Board of DOM.RF. Awarded the title of the Honoured Economist of Russia and a Certificate of Honour of the Russian Ministry of Transport. For his contribution to the preparation of the XXII Winter Olympic Games and the XI Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi in 2014, Mikhail Poluboyarinov was awarded the Order of Honour. Awarded a decoration «For Merit in Development of Far East".
