Red Roof promotes Leslie Fisher to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Training

As SVP, Leslie Fisher will continue to provide leadership to the Human Resources, Training, and Quality Departments.

COLUMBUS, OH – Red Roof has announced the promotion of Leslie Fisher to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Training. Fisher has worked at Red Roof for over a decade, rising through the ranks from Director of Training, to Vice President, Human Resources and Training, and now to her current role. As SVP, she will continue to provide leadership to the Human Resources, Training, and Quality Departments and take on an even greater strategic role in cultivating Red Roof’s talent.

Fisher started working at Red Roof in 2007 as Director of Training, where she successfully managed talent development and training initiatives for both corporate-managed and franchise operations. Her caring and people-oriented approach earned her a promotion to Vice President, Human Resources and Training in 2013, where she assumed leadership for all HR operations of the business while maintaining her focus on development for the brand. In 2017, Fisher began working with the Quality Department to create programs to further drive brand performance.

Under Fisher’s leadership, the Red Roof Human Resources and Training department has become an award-winning, well-oiled machine, racking up seven high-profile recognitions since 2015. Accolades include Best New Program Launch for a Learning Management System, Best Measured Success and Best Use of Learning Technology from BizLibrary, Training Top 125 Organization from Training Magazine, Learning! 100 Award from ELearning Magazine, LearningElite Award from Chief Learning Magazine and Customer Innovation Award from Ultimate Software.

Prior to Red Roof, Leslie held management-level training positions at multiple companies in the service and hospitality industries, including NationsRent and Charley’s Grilled Subs.
