Serko launches Zeno travel booking and expense solution in Canada

The Zeno platform features innovative user interfaces for desktop and mobile as part of its travel booking and expense solution for managed travel programs of any size.

MONTREAL – Serko Ltd. announced the launch of Zeno in the Canadian market at the ACTE Global Summit in Montreal.

The Zeno platform features innovative user interfaces for desktop and mobile as part of its travel booking and expense solution for managed travel programs of any size. The application allows travel category managers to gain actionable insights from bookings, drive cost savings and maintain control, while providing the first truly new user experience to travellers in over a decade.

“We’re committed to providing Canadian travel managers and travellers with rich content and innovative technology that will transform the way they use online tools to book and manage travel,” said Tony D’Astolfo, Senior Vice President of Serko North America.

For travel management company partners, Zeno offers advanced technology that uses artificial intelligence to continually improve the user experience. Zeno’s superior interface helps increase adoption of the tool, which reduces “rogue” bookings made outside the managed travel program.

In a first for the North American market, Zeno is offering NDC integration with Air Canada, bringing functionality such as personalized seat select into a corporate online booking tool for the first time.

"Air Canada, North America's only Skytrax 4-star Airline and voted Best Airline in North America, is always looking for innovative ways to better serve the corporate travel market, and we see the integration with Zeno as an exciting new chapter in managed travel in Canada," said Keith Wallis, Air Canada's Senior Director Distribution and Payments.

Zeno is initially being offered to clients of Canadian travel management companies Encore Voyages Travel and Custom Travel Solutions, the Zeno launch partners in Canada.
