New 102-suite hotel opens its doors welcoming guests to the heart of North Jersey. Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Edmonton, Alberta is the second Marriott hotel opened by Iliyan Hospitality Inc. this past year.

DOVER, NJ – Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Dover, New Jersey opened for business. On average, a TownePlace Suites opens every six days. Built for travelers looking for a simple and friendly place where they can settle-in, keep their routine, and easily connect to the Dover area. The new TownePlace Suites Dover Rockaway located at 4 Commerce Center Drive, continues to exemplify the brand’s rapid growth. The new hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Briad Hospitality Management of Livingston, New Jersey.

The new hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Iliyan Hospitality Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta. This is the second Marriott hotel opened by Iliyan Hospitality Inc. this past year.
