Zartico’s Strategic Advisory Team, known affectionately as tourism’s “data therapists” has a new leader. Now with over one hundred partners and growing, Zartico announced the creation of a new role to lead into the next phase of our partner-centric approach. Melissa Luebbe joins as Chief Engagement Officer, leader of Zartico’s Strategic Advisory Team, and member of the Senior Leadership Team.
“Since the foundation of Zartico, providing insights and intelligence that enable our partners to make better, higher level strategic decisions has been the primary goal,” said CEO, Sarah Lehman. “In listening to our customers, we know we must continue to learn, refine and evolve the overall partner journey to improve the customer experience. Delivering world-class service is not a department—it’s a mission, and Melissa will work cross functionally to ensure we deliver on the commitment to our partners.”
Melissa Luebbe, a destination and tourism industry veteran, brings over twenty years’ experience of client growth in digital, print, and custom content marketing, as well as advertising and tourism research to Zartico’s partner base. Immediately, she will work to better define the partner journey to improve the partner experience.
