To be notified personally, Air France recommends that all customers check that they have provided their contact details while travelling (mobile phone or email). This information can be entered on the website www.airfrance.com, on the Air France mobile site, the iPhone, Android and Windows Phone apps, via the “Consult/Change your reservations” section.
This free “AF Connect” service is available in 10 languages to all passengers worldwide.
Consult flight information
Information concerning flights on the current day and the following day can be consulted at any time:
- on airfrance.com, in the “Flight schedules” section.
- on the Air France mobile site and on iPhone, Android, Windows Phone apps, in the “All flight schedules” section.
- by SMS, by texting one’s flight number to 6 36 54. For example, a passenger is scheduled to travel on flight AF6250 and texts ‘AF6250’ by SMS. In a few minutes, they will receive real-time updated information concerning their flight. This service is accessible in Metropolitan France only.
As stipulated by the French law relative to the organization of service and information to airline passengers, Air France will provide an update on its flight schedule on 24 October.
