Janice Allard to oversee Ontario; Johan Marjanek takes responsibility for Quebec and Western Canada.
CANADA – Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) Canada announced that Janice Allard has been appointed development manager for the CWT Associate program, responsible for overseeing associate agencies in Ontario. A familiar face in the industry, Allard comes to CWT from Advantage Travel T-Comm and Thomas Cook Retail Travel. Prior to joining Advantage, she served as sales manager for World Vacations and before that, Allard spent many years in marketing with the Florida Tourism Department in Toronto.
Johan Marjanek will continue to serve as development manager for the CWT Associate program, but will now focus his efforts within Quebec and Western Canada. Having joined CWT in April 2011, Marjanek has been instrumental in providing support and training for CWT’s associate agencies, working closely with agency owners and front line staff on a national level.
“As we continue to grow our associate program in 2013, having an additional resource will be key in continuing to provide the exceptional level of customer service that our owners have come to know and expect,” said Danielle Durocher, director, CWT Associate program, Canada. “Johan has done a great job leading the charge over the past year and a half and I look forward to the advancements he and Janice will make together in 2013. They’re both a tremendous asset to our team and owners alike.”
